| I saw Saturn tonight. Pretty close up I'd say. Telescopically close. and all of it's rings, and many of it's moons.
how flippin sweet is that.
although I am pretty sure that I did not see the "once-in-an-earthtime" comet that was supposedly glowing green out there.
someday I am going up there. (maybe)

| | Currently Myth Takes By !!! look. this is a great band. even if their name is somewhat sketchy. and maybe a made up noise. and the hardest thing ever to find because it is a noise. see related |
So i was watching A Beautiful Mind. Which is a great movie. Although I was really just skimming it for my paper on Nash. Which is greatly written i would say...
But the doctor in the movie said this about schizophrenia: (look below)
"Imagine if you suddenly learned that the people, the places, the
moments most important to you were not gone, not dead, but worse, had
never been. What kind of hell would that be?
"
how mind blowing is that. i mean really. what if you wake up tomorrow and you realize that your roommate, who you have had countless experiences with, was never real. you really had those talks and did those things all by yourself. you are that weird kid who always talks to imaginary people. that really would be hell. that realization. man.
i think that i have not had enough sleep lately. or maybe too much.
there is a telescope in my room and i think that is pretty incredible.

| This is going to be me in less than 24 hours.

Have a great week (at school).
and really, do not forget to go to the paranormal event at Stonewall resturaunt. And then call me and tell me all about it.

| This week has been the longest week of my life. And it is only wednesday. Already I have skipped chapel, dropped a class, and heavily considered skipping. Unfortunately, I am going to be a good student this semester so skipping regularly is no longer an option.
Lets see, I celebrated New Years Eve with Alice Cooper, Michael Bolton, and two of the members of Nickelback. That was the time of my life of course. Also, I dropped, quite mistakenly, a beloved flip-flop into the ocean right before midnight. The tide took it away forever. Melissa believes that it was highly symbolic of me letting go of last year and starting 2009 as a fresh new year. I believe that I will just have to learn to embrace barefoot walking.
Unrelated to above:
There are very few times when a movie is just right. The actorresses are perfectly cast, writing, dialogue, direction, just everything is working. Every song in the movie perfectly enhances the scene it has been chosen for, almost to the point that you don't notice the song; but when you do, its goood. The movie finishes and you just have to sit in the theatre to take in how you feel and just think. Then right after the first credits, everyone in the train station breaks into some very unexpected bollywood style dancing. Go see Slumdog Millionaire. It really is worth your time.
on a contrary note, DO NOT see Marley and Me. DO NOT even illegally pirate it onto your computer. For sure it is not a children's movie. oh, and it has no plot. oh, and also, DO NOT ask me why i watched it in the first place.
somebody make it springtime already.
